When we have accumulated stress in our bodies, this is cleverly stored in our central nervous system (housed in our spine).
We’re supposed to release this stress shortly thereafter so it doesn’t accumulate.
But we don’t, and so it accumulates. And it accumulates over years.
These layers of stress ultimately create blockages along the length of our spine.
These create postural issues, but also impinge on the flow of the nervous system.
If we have blockages right where the nerve supply is supposed to come out to service your digestive area - we’re in trouble.
Cue all manner of digestive issues.
